Northland Computer Solutions staff work mostly after normal business hours; however, you can contact the staff nearly any time of any day via email or telephone. If you require work to be done between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., special arrangements must be made.

Repair Policy

Northland Computer Solutions under no circumstance will install pirated or other illegitimate software or hardware on or in a customer's computer system. If illegitimate software is provided to NCS, the customer will be notified and work will cease on system until a solution has been worked out. (Not installing that software product, purchasing a legitimate copy, etc.)

Quotes given for repairs by NCS are only estimates (unless part of a pricing package). If a job will require more work than originally quoted or other problems arise, the technicians will stop work on the system and notify the customer at which point an agreement will need to be made before additional work will be performed.

Computer Pick-up & Delivery Policy

Pick-up and delivery of computer systems within approximately 30 miles of Chisholm is covered by our bench fee. Other services may also include pick-up and delivery.
